Civil Engineer (Construction Project Engineer)

Min 5 years (Supervisor / 5 Yrs & up Experienced Employee)

As Civil Engineer, the applicant will supervise the construction of structural components. WIth a primary focus and specialization in civil engineering, the applicant will work closely with his MEFP engineer and architect counterparts to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. This position will entail both in-office and on-site work.

The following are skills and traits that each candidate must possess:

Trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity.
Strong management qualities and communication skills.
Is confident in structuring work and scheduling construction activities.
Believes in the necessity of a logical schedule, and updates it regularly.
Reliable in estimating material quantities.
Has had experience in multi-level building projects.
Possesses a degree in civil engineering.
Can do structural design work on CAD.
Has at least 10 years relevant working experience.

The following skills and traits are advantageous but not necessary:

Is a licensed professional that can sign permits.
Proficcient in MS Office and/or Autocad
Has built high-end residential houses and buildings.
Has project management experience.
Can recruit skilled workers.
Possesses a driver's license.

Spoken Language: Tagalog / Filipino

Working Hours: Mondays - Saturdays
